After two weeks of studying familiar structures such as the prevalent gas station canopy, an open air market is requested to fill the existing empty lot neighbored by two existing buildings. It aims to bring people together as an open air market celebrating structure. Mending continuity between the buildings, wooden louvers lift off the ground inviting one in. He/she will come to find a ramp that slowly brings them down into the market, savoring the vertical presence of the structure within.
